What Legalized Gay Marriage Means for Christians
And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up
your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
I’m sure most all of you are aware that gay marriage was legalized nationwide on Friday June 26 2015 by a landmark Supreme Court decision. Many decades of social engineering have gone into making this happen, it was even outlined point by point in a book twenty five years ago entitled “After the Ball: How America Will Conquer Its Fear and Hatred of Gays in the 90's”. This book was based on an article series from 1987 in the homosexual Guide magazine called “The Overhauling of Straight America” which you can read here.
Now for some there may be the temptation to feel that Christians have been defeated in some way, but that really is not true. These are indeed interesting times, but I am much more excited than anything. Why? Because this thing which Satan has meant for evil will be turned around for the good of many. The fool knows he is defeated and is now just concerned with taking as many with him to Hell as possible.
But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and
went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit,
then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and
said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence
then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants
said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said,
Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will
say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in
bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
As you can see, it was whilst men slept that the enemy sowed the tares into the body of Christ in the first place. Due to this Supreme Court decision many lukewarm Christians will finally awake from their sleep and take a stand for Christ. And at the same time once the persecution of the church gets as real in first world countries like America as it is in the third world many of the tares will abandon their charade and separate themselves from their hiding places amongst the body of Christ.
What God showed me was coming to America a few years back is here. In the article “The Mystery of Iniquity (Part X)” I explained how buried within the 501(c)(3) agreement that churches have been signing with the government is the stipulation that they must comply with all US laws. Now that gay marriage is the law of the land the IRS has the legal right to seize any church which refuses to conduct gay marriage ceremonies. When they start actually enforcing it is simply a matter of time.
Something to look for is apostate “Most Dangerous Pastor in America” Steven Anderson weighing in on this matter with his message of gay hatred. Don’t be surprised as he steps into his appointed acting role, that of replacing Fred Phelps of Westboro Baptist as the face of the CCC (‘crazy Christians for the clueless’). I expect that as this situation heats up at some point Anderson will step into the spotlight with enlightened pearls of wisdom such as “I’d sooner kill two gays than marry them in my church”, thus causing Jesus to facepalm to the max.
Of course I would be remiss in my reporting if I did not mention one fact: “God Loves Fags!” This does not mean He loves homosexuality, however He shed His precious blood on the cross just as much for their sins as for ours. Just because we may not partake in their particular abominable practices doesn’t make us any less sinners than they are. Remember the Pharisee and the publican (Luke 18:9-14 KJV). We must not despise our fellow sinners, but look at them with compassion, just as Christ did. The only thing that separates us from the vilest of sinners is the blood of Christ applied to our sins.
But I see another law in my members, warring against
the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which
is in my members. O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the
body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with
the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.
For the record we should define homosexuality not as a feeling, but behavior. We each must struggle daily with all sorts of sinful feelings, but as Christians we refuse to allow them to define us. Indeed, these feelings are built into these 'bodies of death' that we inhabit because of our inherent sin natures. That is where our salvation lies, in the sincere struggle against our inherent sin natures, and repentance when we stumble.
Another situation that is setting precedent just concluded in New Jersey. Does anything good come out of New Jersey? Anyway, a jury recently decided that a Jewish organization calling itself “Jews Offering New Alternatives for Healing” (JONAH, get it?) was negligent when it attempted ‘gay conversion therapy’ on the plaintiffs. Littered throughout the decision are references as to just how oh so ridiculous it is to think that gay people could ever change their orientation, referring to it as ‘junk science’.
I believe the true purpose of this court case was to lay more groundwork for persecuting Christians and ministries that dare to claim that the power of Jesus Christ can deliver and set a person free from any bondage, including homosexuality. Now since according to my research homosexual activity is apparently a requirement of Kabbalah how this Jewish organization came to be formed smells fishy. It seems to me this whole situation was a PSYOP from day one whose purpose was to make all manner of ‘gay conversion therapy’ illegal. And make no mistake, simply telling someone that homosexuality is a sin, and that God can heal them will be considered practicing this therapy.
I see that some Christians on social media are already wringing their hands in fear and urging others not to condemn homosexuality as if ignoring it will make it just go away. I couldn’t agree less with these cowards. We must boldly proclaim the truth in love to our fellow sinners as the Holy Spirit leads without fear. That doesn’t mean we hold up signs demeaning them, however according to Ezekiel 3:18-20 (KJV) we are required to warn not only the unrighteous, but even the righteous when they stray from the path.
What works for me is simply waiting for others to bring it up, because tragically there is no shortage of those who claim to be Christians rejoicing over this decision. It is one thing to go to a gay pride parade with a confrontational message of condemnation and quite another to remain silent as others try to tell us that Jesus would embrace homosexuals as his servants. We all need to be Spirit led in this matter because many well meaning Christians have been gored trying to cast their pearls before swine (Matthew 7:6 KJV). The Spirit will urge you when to speak and when to remain silent.
